PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic levitated vehicle leg device easily adjusting the length thereof, and causing no change in shock-absorbing performance even if length adjustment in conducted. SOLUTION: This leg device 1 rockably supports traveling wheels 105 of a magnetic levitated vehicle 100 through a link 8 and a composite cylinder 12. The composite cylinder 12 comprises a wheel ascending/descending cylinder portion 12a, and a damper portion 12b in which liquid and gas are sealed. A capacity chamber 54 communicating the liquid is connected to the damper 12b, and the capacity 31 of the capacity chamber 54 is made to be variable. Adjusting means 51, 55, 56 pumping the liquid into/from the damper portion 12b are provided.
