PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To implement an extremely improved operation comfortability. SOLUTION: In this device for detachably mounting the object, in particular, the child seat to the vehicle, a holding means integrated with a seat and a holding means integrated to the object cooperatively acts, the holding means integrated with the seat is rigidly coupled to a rocking shaft extending to a space between parts at a seat frame side, and rotation of the rocking shaft enables rocking of these holding means to a waiting position from a using position and to the using position from the waiting position. The extremely improved comfortability is implemented according to this device. In this device, an operating element 9 is arranged to an outside of a vehicle seat, and torque is capable of being transmitted to the rocking shaft 7 through the operating element.
