PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release sheet capable of being manufactured with good productivity by a simple method such as a co-extrusion lamination method of the like, excellent in both of interlaminar strength and heat resistance and having excellent repeating durability for the manufacture of synthetic leather. SOLUTION: The release sheet has a two-layered releasable resin layer 2 formed by providing an intermediate layer 3 comprising a polyethylenic resin with a melting point of 120 deg.C or higher and a surface layer 4 comprising a polypropylene resin or polymethyl pentene resin with a melting point of 160 deg.C or higher on at least the single surface of a substrate sheet 1 so that the thickness ratio of both layers 3 and 4 becomes 35:65-5:95. The releasable resin layer 2 is desirably provided on both surfaces of the substrate sheet 1.
