PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminating adhesive sheet in which a recorded image can be obtained by detaching from a recorded matter wherein the recorded image is stored inside, and to provide the recorded matter. SOLUTION: The laminating adhesive sheet, in which both sides of a laminate film having a first transparent film and a second transparent film detachably laminated on one side of the first transparent film have each an adhesive layer, is characterized in that both adhesive layers have K0 is 0.8 or more and 1.2 or less respectively, which are obtained according to the following formula: K0=(0.16×T<2> +P)/ 350×ln(T)} (T: a thickness of the adhesive layer (μm), P: a measured probe tack value of the adhesive layer (g)). The recorded matter is characterized in that a full-colored recorded image is formed on a recording sheet having a recording layer on one side of an opaque support by wring a printer and the recording sheet is folded so that the recorded image may become inside and laminated through the laminating adhesive sheet.
