PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a lamination film containing water base ink which is excellent in lamination strength when laminated on an easily heat-sealable film. SOLUTION: Printing by using the water base ink is applied on the whole surface or a part of a base material film. Next, after the whole surface on the printed surface side of the base material film is over-coated with an emulsion containing an ethylene copolymer as a main component, the over-coated surface of the base material film and the heat-sealable film are thermally laminated continuously.
