METHOD FOR PRODUCING GRANULAR DETERGENT COMPOSITION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a granular detergent composition having excellent poroductivity, that is, having a low viscosity of a concentrate and free from separation when anα-sulfofatty cid ester salt-containing mixed slurry is concentrated. SOLUTION: The method for producing a granular composition comprises the following processes (A) to (C). (A) A process in which anα-sulfofatty acid ester salt (a)-containing aqueous slurry and a nonionic surfactant (b) are mixed. (B) A process in which the mixed solution obtained in the process (A) is introduced into a thin film evaporator and concentrated so that the concentrate satisfies following conditions by mass ratio. 0.05<=water (c)/[the component (a)+the component (b)+the component (c)]<=0.2; and the component (b)/[the component (a)+the component (b)+the component (c)]=0.15-0.28. (C) A process in which the concentrate obtained in the process (B) is granulated.
