PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide cosmetics effectively using the hydrolysate of natural conchyolin safe for human bodies. SOLUTION: This cosmetics formulates the hydrolysate of the conchyolin and the extract of one or more of sea weeds belonging to genuses Laminariaceae, Eucheuma, Ulva, Ceramium and Zostera. The cosmetic has an enhanced collagen-synthesizing ability and is effective for skin wrinkles and firmness.
