PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new guanomine condensed tricyclic heterocyclic compound having antitumor activity. SOLUTION: The compound is expressed by formula (R1 is H or an alkyl; R2 is H, an alkyl, an alkenyl, an aryl, a heteroaryl, a cyclyl or a heterocyclyl; R3 and R4 are each independently H, an alkyl, an alkenyl, an aryl, a heteroaryl, a cyclyl, a heterocyclyl or (CR<a> R<b> )m X(CR<c> R<d> )n Y; X is a bond, O, S or NR<e> ; Y is an alkoxy, an aryloxy, a heteroaryloxy, OC(O)R<e> , C(O)R<e> , N(R<e> R<e> '), NR<e> C(O)R<e> ', S(O)2 R<e> or SR<e> ; (m) and (n) are each independently 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5; R<a> , R<b> , R<c> , R<d> , R<e> , and Re , are each independently H, an alkyl, an aryl, a heteroaryl, a cyclyl or a heterocyclyl; and R5 is H or a halogen).
