PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro-reactor (chemical analyzer) that can perform complicated chemical reactions, etc., and can be reduced in running cost and can be used for many various purposes. SOLUTION: This chemical analyzer (nucleic acid amplifier) is constituted at least of a container-like member 12 in which a plurality of sample wells 9 used as sample containers are arranged, a cover member 11 which covers the sample injecting surface of the member 12, base-side wells 10 attachably/ detachably holding the bottom sections of the wells 9, and a base 14 having heat generating sections 35 which can individually heat the base-side wells 10. After the amplification reaction of a nucleic acid (DNA) ends, only the container-like member 12 can be disposed and the base 14, etc., can be used repeatedly.
