PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flush panel capable of reducing warping or deviation due to the influence of temperature and humidity. SOLUTION: A flush panel 1 is made by adhering wooden base boards 3 to both the surfaces of core members 2 including an upper frame 2a, a lower frame 2b and a longitudinal frame 2c, moisture regulating bags 5 are provided inside gap portions 4 between both the wooden base boards 3a and 3b, and a construction holding the moisture regulating material 6 in the moisture regulating bag 5 is provided, thereby the occurrence of warping can be suppressed even though there are differences in room temperature and humidity between both the sides of the separated wooden base boards 3 of the flush panel.
