PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove a smell of a chemical which is put in for the purpose of disinfecting tap water and a substance which impairs a taste of the water as the mixed chemical and a substance dissolved in the water cause a chemical change into a new substance or the like. SOLUTION: A coarse substance can be removed by adsorption, while an extremely small amount of a substance must be removed by another means. While an artificial dummy maturity method and a mixing method are taken into consideration, a single or composite method is employed.
