<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly lift a brake rod pivotally supported at an upper end thereof by a brake handle, while keeping the vertical condition, by operating a brake handle upward and downward even if a brake rod supporting horizontal support shaft provided at a side rod of the brake handle is fairly tilted in a handcart provided with a traveling handle and the brake handle to be turned forward in a root part thereof. SOLUTION: The horizontal support shaft 12 is provided in the side rod 5a near the center of the turning of the brake handle 5, and an upper end of the brake rod 13 interlocked with a brake mechanism at a lower end thereof is pivotally supported by the horizontal shaft 12 through a ball joint 14.</p> |
