PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resistivity measuring method and resistivity measuring device capable of easily, continuously and positively measuring the resistivity of a test piece. SOLUTION: Voltage is applied to the test piece via an applying electrode, and resistivity in each portion of the test piece S is measured by electrically connecting between the test piece S and measuring electrodes P1-n. At least one of the applying electrode or the measuring electrodes P1-n is a conductive squirt hole 45a squirting conductive liquid toward the test piece S, and measurement is carried out by providing continuity between the test piece S and the electrodes 1-n via a liquid current. A plurality of squirt holes 45a are provided on a carriage 10, the squirt holes 45a are moved by moving the carriage 10, and the plurality of squirt holes 45a are selected at each carriage position. |
