PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable mass production in a labor saving process by an extrusion molding machine forming vertical and lateral patterns to an induction rod or the like. SOLUTION: The molding apparatus for cylindrical plastics is constituted so that the outer frame 14 with an inner frame 13 having a circular cross section is formed in the shaping part 10 of the extrusion molding machine so as to be connected to a branch part 12 and a stamping piece 20, wherein (a) piece bodies 21 having body parts, which have a drum-shaped outer shape having a curved surface having curvature along the inner wall surface of the inner frame, are provided and rotary shafts are provided to the side surfaces of the piece bodies 21 and (b) a plurality of the piece bodies 21 placed at a constant interval are arranged in the direction right-angled to a flow channel to form an annular row comprising a plurality of rows 24b so as to form overlapped parts to the mutual end parts of the piece bodies 21 and (c) arbitrary vertical and lateral patterns are formed to the body parts as continuous patterns, is arranged so as to be allowed to face to a part of the inner frame in a state coming into contact with the inner surface of a flowing resin.
