PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate a problem generated in work environment when an adhesive is used with respect to a thermoplastic resin foamed molded article obtained by shaping a composite sheet formed by laminating a skin material on the single surface of a substrate layer comprising a thermoplastic resin foamed sheet such as a polypropylene resin foamed sheet or the like and to inexpensively and easily apply terminal treatment to the thermoplastic resin foamed molded article. SOLUTION: The terminal part of the thermoplastic resin foamed molded article, which is obtained by shaping the composite sheet formed by laminating a skin layer at least on the design surface of the foamed substrate layer comprising the thermoplastic resin foamed sheet, is bent on the side of the non-design surface of the foamed substrate layer so that a bending angleθbecomes 90 deg. or less and the bent part or a part or whole of the mutual contact parts of the bent portions of the foamed sheet substrate layer is fused to treat the terminal of the thermoplastic resin foamed molded article. |
