PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head treatment capable of reducing noise, vibration and powder dust in chipping work, improving marking accuracy, and decreasing upward push-up in placing concrete. SOLUTION: This pile head treating tool 4 includes a hollow member 5 allowing a tremie pipe to penetrate, a frame member 6 disposed apart to surround the periphery of the hollow member 5, a top plate 8 connected to one end of the hollow member 6 and one end of the frame member 6 and provided with an upper opening 7 for passing the tremie pipe through the hollow member 5, a lower opening connected to the other end of the hollow member 5 and the other end of the frame member and provided for passing the tremie pipe from the hollow member 5 through a drilled hole, a plurality of pile reinforcement passing holes for passing a plurality of pile main reinforcements disposed in the drilled holes, and a base plate provided with a clamping means for clamping the pile main reinforcements passed through the pile reinforcement passing holes. The plurality of pile main reinforcements passed through the plurality of pile reinforcement passing holes are disposed in a space surrounded with the hollow member 5, the frame member 6 and the top plate 8.
