PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slip assorting method enabling assortment of the slip for each customer, by using a simple collective name mark which does not impair substantially the design of original information to be provided and has no feel of incompatibility therewith. SOLUTION: A collective name color mark (1z) having a first color and a first shape is formed on the slips (1a-1c) to be forwarded to a first customer, and the collective name color mark of a second color or the collective name color mark (2z) having a second shape is formed on the slips (2a and 2b) to be forwarded to a second customer. Based on the color and the shape of the collective name color mark, the slips are assorted for each customer.
