PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the assembling work for a unidirectional valve and the assembling work for the valve in a discharge port after an ink is filled in an ink container and to further maintain the inner peripheral surface of a cylindrical member accurately to enhance the sealability of an ink suction tube. SOLUTION: The unidirectional valve 32 can be mounted in the discharge port 12 after the ink is filled in the ink container 10. The valve 32 unitarily assembles the cylindrical member 36 having an ink passing hole 33 connected to the ink suction tube 24, inserted into the port 12 to inhibit the release of the member 36, a valve part 37 for opening/closing the valve seat 34 of the hole 33, and an elastic member 40 provided at the depth of the hole 33 of the member 36 to energize the part 37 so that the part 37 is brought into pressure contact with the seat 34. Thus, the assembling work of the valve 32 which can surely prevent the ink or the atmosphere from invading thereto and the assembling work of the valve 32 to the port 12 after the ink is filled in the container 10 are facilitated. Further, the inner peripheral surface of the member 36 for enhancing the sealability to the tube 24 can be accurately maintained.
