PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement coupler allowing anyone to easily couple together reinforcements passed through different holes, among reinforcements passed through holes cut in shape steel, for a structural member used in the manufacture of a floor board of a concrete structure such as a bridge, consisting of a bottom plate formed of a steel plate, shape steel members formed of I- or H-shaped steel members fixed on the bottom plate at regular intervals, and reinforcements passed through holes cut in the shape steel members. SOLUTION: One wire is folded at its center and curved into an S shape as a whole, with hook parts 22 and 23 formed on both sides in opposite directions. One of the hook parts 22 is hooked to the reinforcement 27 passed through the hole 26 cut in the I-shaped steel member 25, and the other hook part 23 is pressed and hooked to another reinforcement 27 passed through another hole 26, whereby the reinforcements 27 are connected together.
