PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a surface of a metal foil finished by coating an ultraviolet hardening resin on a surface of the metal foil as a conventional metallic tone decorative laminate can not be embossed and a glossiness can not be selected, and to solve a problem that the decorative laminate using printing paper printed with a pearl pigment or the like can not obtain a sufficient metallic feeling. SOLUTION: An arbitrary embossing finish and a wide ranged glossiness can be selected with the metallic tone laminate integrated by forming by making an adhesive lie on contact surfaces of a polyester resin film, an aluminum foil and a thermoset resin impregnated paper to dispose a surface finish material on the polyester resin film. Further, excellent qualities in peel strength, heat resistance and the like can be secured by using the composite thermoset adhesive.
