摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely measure an eccentricity amount and a light point of a rotary body without being affected by a friction force. SOLUTION: A base 12 and a pendulum body 16 are mutually connected by an elastic body 22 like a round bar. A wheel 14 is put in an upper part of the pendulum body 16, and a hole 14a is held by chucks 36a to 36d to integrate with the pendulum body 16. A loading base 18 supporting the wheel 14 is lowered to start measurement. Since the elastic body 22 is deformed due to an eccentricity amount of the wheel 14, the pendulum body 16 generates moment for the base 12. Since a shaft 48 extending in a lower part of the pendulum body 16 generates a load for a load cell 82a (and 82b) by the moment, this load is measured. The detected load is vector-computed to calculate the eccentricity amount and a light point position of the wheel 14.
