PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a low oxygen training pool that can easily create low oxygen environment in a part of an existing indoor pool and easily put it back into normal environment. SOLUTION: This low oxygen training pool is provided with a movable low oxygen feeder 5 for feeding low oxygen air; a pool cover unit 4 provided with internal environment sensors 12, 13, 15 for measuring oxygen concentration, carbon dioxide concentration and pressure in an environment atmosphere in a partitioned part formed in a part on the water surface of an indoor pool and setting the supply quantity and exhaust quantity of normal air to be mixed with low oxygen air on the basis of the measured values, an exhaust means 17 provided with a control means for controlling the exhaust quantity on the basis of the measured values of the internal environment sensors, and a connecting part 14 for detachably connecting the movable low oxygen feeder 5; an indoor sensor 16 for measuring an indoor environment atmosphere; an elevating means for moving the pool cover unit from the indoor ceiling; and a holding means for holding the pool cover unit in the lifted position.
