PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fibrous molding for reinforcing a synthetic resin with good shape retainability at the transportation, or the like, and good disintegradability at the dispersing in the resin. SOLUTION: This fibrous molding is an aggregate of a water insoluble fiber to be blended with a synthetic resin and comprises 80 to 99.9 mass% of the water insoluble fiber and 0.01 to 20 mass% of a water-soluble thermoplastic polymer having a softening temperature of 40 to 350 deg.C.
