PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indoor heating device capable of avoiding wasteful power consumption when there is no user. SOLUTION: The indoor heating device has a heating operation selecting means for selecting either first heating operation by which heating operation is carried out according to instructions by a heating operation indicating means 5 for a predetermined time immediately after the instructions are given, or second heating operation by which a heater is operated a predetermined time after the instructions for the heating operation are given; a human body detecting means 7 for detecting whether or not there is a human body; and a room temperature detecting means 6 for detecting room temperature. At least one of the first and second heating operations of the indoor heating device consists of indoor heating at temperatures lower than a set temperature until the human body detecting means 7 detects a human body; after a human body is detected, indoor heating is effected at the set temperature. |
