PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photographic printer which makes a viewer feel the background part in a photographic image natural. SOLUTION: The photographic printing device A is equipped with a device body 2 which is arranged in front of the standing position of a subject and incorporates a camera for photographing the subject and a printer 3 which prints a photographic image obtained through the photography of the camera, and a light emission unit 4 which emits light to the camera of the device body 2 from many points is installed behind the standing position of the subject. The light from the light emission unit 4 is guided to the camera through a filter photography part 20, and consequently a pattern of the light appears in the background part of the photographic image.
