PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bay window capable of improving waterproof performance and an appearance. SOLUTION: The bay window 2 is constituted as follows: a long hole 121 and the like are formed in a mullion 12; and a through-bolt 15 can be inserted from the side of the mullion 12. Accordingly, the waterproof performance of not only a vertical frame 11 but also the whole of the bay window 2 can be improved without the need to form the long hole, a through-hole, etc., for the through-bolt 15 in a side surface 11A, on which a sealant 108 and a back-up material 107 are arranged, of the vertical frame 11. In addition, the mounting of a front head and a front sill 32 makes the mullion 12, the long hole 121, etc., hidden behind ends of the front head and the front sill 32, so that the mullion 12, the long hole 121, etc., can be prevented from being exposed outside and so that the appearance and designability can be prevented from being deteriorated.
