PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting panel consisting of a panel board section equipped with wooden frame sections and fancy steel plates on both sides capable of being handled alone, at the same time, getting an excellent site workability, facilitating the mounting work such as a handle, a hinge and a sheave or the like, having little influence of variations in an indoor temperature and humidity and hardly bringing warp or dimensional variations. SOLUTION: The fitting panel consisting of the panel board section 20 sticking the fancy steel plates 21 on both sides and the wooden frame section forming a fitting groove 11 and having the wooden frame section 10 fitting the fitting groove 11 of the wooden frame section 10 on both sides of the panel board section 20 is so constituted that a bracket 2 having projections 3 is provided in the fitting groove 11 of the wooden frame section 10 and that engaging means for engaging with the bracket 2 are provided to both sides of the panel board section 20.
