BICYCLE, MOTORCYCLE, AND ANTI-THEFT DEVICE OR THE LIKE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that a conventional bicycle is easily stolen because an anti-theft device is fixed at almost only one place at a front wheel or a rear wheel thereof, by providing this wheel locking device installed at each of the front and the rear wheel. SOLUTION: The anti-theft device for a bicycle on motorcycle is pulled at a break lever by one hand and locked by another hand. The operation is very easy and safe even for women. (A keylock device is of a manual type and a self-locking type).
