PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an informing device for working vehicle, in which voice message can be easily heard while an engine is working, and unlikely offensive to the ear when the engine stops. SOLUTION: A voice informing means H for informing the message in voice, determining whether or not each of a plurality of messages to be delivered to a driven/worker meets a predetermined requirement, the voice informing means H is adapted to adjust informing sound volume automatically when informing the message in voice, adjusts a sound volume for engine in operation automatically while the engine E is in operation, and adjusts to the sound volume for engine not in operation which is smaller than the sound volume of the engine in operation while the engine E is not is operation.
