PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new carboxylic acid derivative having activities for inhibiting a Cdc25 dephosphorylation enzyme, and further to provide a medicine containing the derivative. SOLUTION: This carboxylic acid derivative is the one represented by general formula (I) [wherein, R1 is a hydrogen atom, a cycloalkyl group or the like; W is CH or N; X is an oxygen atom, a -OCH2 - group or a -NR4 - group (R4 is a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or the like); Y is a 1,4-piperazinyl group, a NHCHR5 CONH- group (R5 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group which may have a functional group) or NH group; Z is a carbonyl group or a sulfonyl group; R2 is an alky group, a phenyl group or the like; R3 is a hydrogen atom or a lower alkyl group; j is 0 or 1; k is 0 or 1; l is an integer of 0-6; m is an integer of 1-10; and n is 0 or 1], or a pharmacologically acceptable salt thereof. |
