PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device which can obtain an excellent image when a fixing bias is applied to a fixing device in the case that polymerized toner and ground toner are used and can prevent a fixing member from being stained and a fixing component from electrically deteriorating. SOLUTION: The image forming device uses toner consisting of two kinds of the polymerized toner obtained by capsuling at least binding resin and wax and ground toner obtained by kneading at least binding resin and wax and grinding them after thermal fusion and setting. A fixing means is composed of a fixing member and a pressure member which rotates while pressed against the fixing member. So that the toner is prevented from sticking on the fixing member and pressure member, a DC voltage is applied to at least one of the fixing member and pressure member; and the DC voltage is applied when a form having only the ground toner passes through the fixing means, but not applied when a form having only the polymerized toner or both the polymerized toner and ground toner passes through the fixing means. |
