LATCH AND PULL-OUT DEVICE USING THE LATCH

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a latch which does not generate abnormal sound and is not easily deformed by a creeping phenomenon even after a long period of use. SOLUTION: This latch is equipped with an attaching portion 2 for attaching to a housing (82) in a rotatable manner, a substrate portion 3 rotating on a flat surface of the housing (82) about a center of the attaching portion 2 which is connected to the attaching portion 2, a cam 4 connected to the attaching portion 2 of the substrate portion 3 and on the surface at the opposite side, and elastic pieces 6A and 6B connected to both the sides of the substrate 3 and elastically connected to sloped surfaces (85A, 85B) of the housing (82) and also provided with elastic pieces 6A and 6B urging the substrate 3 to its original position.
