<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system that realizes the optimal control of a water heater by means of a network. SOLUTION: The control system for the water heater 6 is so designed that a customer side transmits water-heater-individual information about the customer to a management site 2 via the network 1; the management site 2 receives the water-heater-individual information, prepares water heater control data on a change in a set water temperature and a change in a set water quantity during a fixed period according to the water-heater-individual information, and transmits the water heater control data to the customer side via the network 1; and the customer side receives the water heater control data, prepares a control schedule about a water temperature and a water quantity of the water heater 6 during the fixed period according to the water heater control data, and controls the operation of the water heater 6 according to the prepared control schedule.</p> |
