PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical element for optical connector, which can position lenses with high precision and allows the lenses to be reconnected and reused and lessens the lowering of position precision caused by distortion or the like accompanied with temperature change. SOLUTION: A plurality of lenses 11 are arranged in the center part of a lens array 3 for optical connector, and pin holding parts 10 through which guide pins 7 of an optical connector 1 should be inserted are provided on both sides of the lenses 11. The guide pins 7 of the optical connector 1 are inserted through the pin holding parts 10 to attach the lens array 3 for optical connector to the optical connector 1, and the lenses 11 of the lens array 3 for optical connector are made to coincide with optical fibers 6 of the optical connector 1. |
