PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stepped pin which is inexpensively and easily manufactured and to provide a method for manufacturing the same and a core. SOLUTION: The stepped pin 5 comprises a sleeve 6 having an insertion hole 6a formed in a longitudinal direction and a tapered part 6b tapered toward one end, and a pin 7 inserted into the hole in such a manner that a locking part 5a is formed at the other end of the sleeve. The method for manufacturing the same is provided. The core is provided.
