PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an architectural or construction block which is an organically blended material comprised of waste tire carbon, glass chips, and burned ashes, and employed as effective resources. SOLUTION: According to the architectural or construction block, waste tire carbon and refuse burned ashes are blended in weight proportions of 1:1, and then glass chips are blended with the blended material so that the former becomes almost equal in weight to the latter. Further, a binder is additionally mixed to the resultant blended material, which is then compressively molded in a predetermined form.
