METHOD OF MANUFACTURING OBJECT FOR THERMAL SPRAYING EMBEDDED WITH METALLIC CHARACTER BY THERMAL SPRAYING USING METAL SPRAYING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing an object for thermal spraying embedded with metallic characters by thermal spraying using a metal spraying machine. SOLUTION: Metal (2) is thermally sprayed to the engraved object (1) for thermal spraying and when the object (1) for thermal spraying and the thermally sprayed metal (2) peel off, the object (1) for thermal spraying and the metal (2) are bonded by an adhesive (3) and the thermally sprayed metal is polished down to the surface of the object for thermal spraying, following which a coating material (4) is applied thereto. When a coating application type rough surface forming agent (5) is used, the metal (2) is thermally sprayed to the object for thermal spraying after the coating application type rough surface forming agent (5) is applied and thereafter the surface of the object for thermal spraying is subjected to polishing and coating application of the coating material (4).
