PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and inexpensively improve the S/N ratio of a biochemical analysis system. SOLUTION: Storage phosphor sheets 10 and 20 are respectively superposed on the both faces of a chip 1 for biochemical analysis treated by a specific bonding means. Dot-like stimulable phosphor layer areas 12 and 22 of the storage phosphor sheets 10 and 20 are exposed with radioactive labeling substances of spot-like areas 4 of the chip 1 for biochemical analysis. The two storage phosphor sheets 10 and 20 exposed with the radioactive labeling substances are respectively irradiated with excitation light, stimulated by emitted light from the storage phosphor sheets 10 and 20 is photoelectrically detected, and data for biochemical analysis is generated by adding stimulatedly emitted light photoelectrically detected from the stimulable phosphor layer areas 12 and 22 of the storage phosphor sheets 10 and 20 corresponding to each spot like-area 4 of the chip 1 for biochemical analysis.
