PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a radiator grill allowing to improve rigidity around a head lamp fixing part and of both side parts of the radiator grill of a front bumper. SOLUTION: In this fixing structure of the radiator grill, standingly mounting parts 5a are formed on both side parts of the front bumper 5 along the head lamp fixing part and a grill body 3a is arranged and fixed over the standingly mounting parts 5a. An extending part 3b to be fixed on upper face of the standingly mounting part 5a is formed on upper and of the grill body 3a, an engaging part 3b is formed on an outside lower face side of the extending part 3b and a lock part 5f for locking the engaging part 3d is formed on the standingly mounting part 5a.
