PLASTICIZER FOR LACTIC ACID-BASED POLYMER, RESIN COMPOSITION COMPRISING PLASTICIZER AND LACTIC ACID-BASED POLYMER, AND MOLDED PRODUCT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hardly volatile plasticizer which gives a molded product of a lactic acid-based polymer excellent, under service conditions, in stability with time and flexibility and suffering from no bleeding out of the plasticizer, a composition comprising the plasticizer and the lactic acid-based polymer, and its molded article. SOLUTION: The plasticizer for a polylactic acid comprises a dibenzoate of a polyethylene glycol having a number-average molecular weight of at least 150, preferably, a dibenzoate of a polyethylene glycol having a number-average molecular weight of 200 or a dibenzoate of a polyethylene glycol having a number-average molecular weight of 300. The lactic acid-based polymer composition is mainly composed of a plasticized lactic acid-based polymer containing the plasticizer. A molded article thereof is also provided.
