AGENT FOR PROMOTING ACTION OF SEROTONIN-REINTAKE INHIBITOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug effective for promoting the action of a serotonin- reintake inhibitor and capable of effectively remedying diseases such as mood disturbance and anxiety disorder. SOLUTION: Tetrahydropyridine derivatives expressed by general, formula (I) are effective for promoting the activity of a serotonin-reintake inhibitor. Accordingly, the dose of the serotonin-reintake inhibitor can be decreased by the use of the activity promoting agent. The therapeutic effect is quickly developed by combining the tetrahydropyridine derivative expressed by general formula (I) with a serotonin-reintake inhibitor.
