PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the driving power of a reliable correcting means from decreasing during its state detection and blur correction although the size is small. SOLUTION: A device has a magnetic field producing means 56p and a coil which is arranged in the magnetic field produced by the magnetic field producing means, and the coil is divided into a 1st coil 510p1 and a 2nd coil 510p2. Before the correcting means 52 begins to correct a blur, the 1st coil is for driving the correcting means at a specific frequency and the 2nd coil is for detecting the driving state of the correcting means driven at the specific frequency. When the correcting means corrects the blur the 1st coil and 2nd coil are for performing the blur correction based upon a blur detection output. |
