PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional cooling showcase to evaporate drained water with hot air from a cooling fan for condensation and using a hot pipe in which an overheated refrigerant flows that the structure of the unit chamber is restricted by considering the layout of the hot pipe, and a problem of the evaporating device of the showcase that the drained water which is not evaporated from an evaporation tray is reserved in a drained water tray below to be discharged by drawing the tray out by hand. SOLUTION: In the condensing unit, the hot pipe is eliminated to solve the above problems by setting an evaporator, which has the evaporation area for evaporating the whole defrosting water introduced to the evaporator with hot air, on a board located downwind of a fan. The evaporator is located at such a position that the defrosting water of a cooling showcase is introduced and the hot air blown out of the fan flows in directly.
