PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint construction for exterior walls which can be applied to the exterior walls having various longitudinal or lateral gutters. SOLUTION: A gasket 2 is inserted between side end portions 13 and 13 of exterior wall panels 1 and 1 on which a plurality of vertical gutters 11, 11,... are formed on the surface. An interval between neighboring vertical gutters 11 and 11 and the width of the surface of the gasket 2 are made almost equal.
