PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that the manufacturing cost increases by the increase of the number of processes and parts, or complicated operations, wherein a plurality of openings are provided to comprise a dipstick, a breather and an oil filler plug so that labor for maintenance is enormous due to the leakage of oil because of the increase of the number of openings. SOLUTION: A supply port for filling up fluid is formed on the upper part of the gear case 5 capable of being sealed. In the oil filler plug 85 for closing the supply port, a cap part 90 closing the supply port and a dipstick part 89 checking the amount of fluid are integrally formed with elastic body. The sectional form of the dipstick part is approximately semi circular.
