PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify work for measuring dimensions of fittings to be mounted inside existing frames for the fittings and work for mounting the fittings, enhance productivity, and make detailing proper when the fittings are mounted. SOLUTION: In a structure of a screw type device for adjusting the width of the fitting, an interval between a fixed stile/rail (1) and a movable stile/rail (2) is adjusted by using an adjusting screw (3); the width of the fitting is adjusted in each part for mounting the adjusting screw (3); and even small unevenness is adjusted by using a cushioning material (6).
