PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure dismantling method and a structure dismantling system that can easily classify and dismantle each member constituting a structure in the case of dismantling the structure. SOLUTION: After fasteners fastening a plurality of members constituting the structure get loose or come off by vibrating the structure, the respective members are removed. The structure is vibrated by an exciter and a vibration control device for driving the exciter in a prescribed vibration waveform. The vibration control device has a vibration waveform setting means for setting the vibration waveform of the exciter, and a control signal generating means for generating a control signal for driving the exciter in the vibration waveform set by the vibration waveform setting means.
