PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce skin irritation without reducing the effectiveness of nicotinic acid in a skin care preparation obtained by formulating nicotinic acid amide. SOLUTION: This skin care preparation containing 0.05-5 wt.% nicotinic acid amide is obtained by formulating one or more kinds of lecithin and a derivative thereof selected from the group consisting of the lecithin, hydrogenated lecithin, hydroxylecithin, lysolecithin, hydrogenated lysolecithin and hydroxylysolecithin, in an amount of 0.01-20 times as much as the mount of the nicotinic acid amide.
