PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stamp which can easily print an image at the predetermined position of an image medium. SOLUTION: A holding part 20 for holding a sheet is mounted on the rail 11 of a base 10. A positioning recess 24 for positioning the sheet is provided on the base 23 of the part 20. A stamp part 30 is mounted at the arm 12 of the base 10, and vertically moved by a pressing mechanism 40. When the part 20 is moved from a waiting position separate from the part 30 to the stamp position under the stamp part 30, a locking mechanism 50 is unlocked to move the part 30 down. When the part 30 is moved down, a printing surface 35 is accurately pushed to the predetermined position of the sheet and printed.
