PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display desired characters and the like at an arbitrary place without carrying out a complicate work. SOLUTION: In a state with a leading end part of a thin film 30 attached to an attaching object, when a housing 5 is moved relatively to the attaching object by an operator, a laminate tape 3 is drawn out from a roller 40 as a result of a transfer force applied to the thin film 30 by the movement. The thin film 30 after provided with desired printing by a thermal head 15 is sequentially separated from its leading end part at a leading end part 21a of a spatula 21 from a transfer separator 31, and then cut by an interaction between a cutter blade 65 and a cutter bed 66. Thereafter, the cut thin film 30 is attached to the attaching object while being pressed by a leading end part 28a of an attachment spatula 28.
